3.1 Rate Limits

Your use of the API is subject to rate limits based on your subscription plan:

• Free Tier: 1,000 requests per month, 10 requests per minute
• Paid Plans: As specified in your subscription agreement

3.2 Acceptable Use

You agree to use our API responsibly and not to:

• Exceed your rate limits or attempt to circumvent them
• Use the service for illegal activities or fraud
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our systems

5. Payment Terms

You should not rely on our data for financial decisions without independent verification.

7. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

8. Intellectual Property

The FXRateSync service, including all software, documentation, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our service except as permitted by these terms.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FXRateSync shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service, including but not limited to lost profits or business interruption.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FXRateSync from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our service or violation of these terms.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to our service for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through our service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
